Return Policy
Our goal is to satisfy our customers by refund or repair. Computer Village Online reserves the right to limit, decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether you have a receipt. We encourage you to retain your purchase receipts, online order receipts and e-receipts. Items can be returned within 5 days of receiving them. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. That’s why we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 5 days after purchase. To return an item, the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging with ALL contents and packaging, proof of purchase and a valid means ID, and we will process your return. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error.
Note: Payment must be made before unsealing an electronic item such as a phone or laptop. Once the seal is broken, the item can only be returned if it is damaged, defective or has missing parts.
